IPO Genie coverage programs are policy-based risk tools for eligible events. They are not bank deposits, principal guarantees, or universal loss protection.
Coverage Model
- Coverage may use community-funded pools and/or third-party providers where documented.
- Participation in coverage requires meeting active eligibility and compliance criteria.
- Coverage limits, premiums, and payout logic depend on the active policy for each opportunity.
Typical Covered Events
- Verified fraud or rug-pull incidents.
- Team abandonment supported by objective evidence.
- Undisclosed material security incidents under defined policy conditions.
- Failure to meet predefined milestones where policy criteria are satisfied.
Exclusions
- General market volatility, broad price declines, or macro events.
- Regulatory or legal changes not tied to covered trigger definitions.
- User operational errors (for example, incorrect wallet address transfers).
- Any scenario outside explicit policy trigger conditions.
Claims & Review
- Claims must be submitted with required evidence within the policy timeframe.
- Claims are reviewed against published criteria and available data sources.
- Determinations may include partial, full, or denied outcomes based on policy rules.
