Referral Terms

Eligibility

• Referrer and referred participant must meet applicable onboarding and compliance requirements.
• Programs may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions.
• Self-referrals, duplicate wallets, or fraudulent activity are not eligible.

Reward Calculation

• Reward percentages or fixed amounts are determined by the active promotion details at time of qualification.
• A qualifying purchase threshold and completion window may apply.
• If multiple promotions overlap, IPO Genie applies the program logic defined in the active campaign rules.

Disqualification Conditions

• Chargebacks, abuse, wash activity, or manipulated referrals can void rewards.
• Rewards may be withheld pending compliance review.
• Accounts violating platform terms may lose referral access and pending rewards.

Program Changes

IPO Genie may modify eligibility criteria, reward rates, payout timing, or campaign duration at any time. Changes become effective when published on this page or the relevant campaign interface.
